The present invention relates to a watch device and is inter alia Can be used in the technical field of electronic smart watches and traditional mechanical watches.
Watches are everyday things in people's lives. Existing watches generally include smart watches, mechanical watches, electronic watches, sports watches, pocket watches, etc. People wear different styles on different occasions. As a rule, the watches that are worn on different occasions only differ in the design of the bracelet and the watch frame. The design of the dial can be made to suit most occasions. If a suitable watch is required for every occasion, it is usually very expensive. This brings a burden on users and a waste of resources, which does not contribute to the sustainable development of society.
overview
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology, it is an object of the present invention to provide a watch device which is easily disassembled. This goal is achieved with a watch device according to claim 1. The further claims indicate preferred embodiments. The invention is explained in the following on the basis of exemplary embodiments.
According to claim 1, a clock device with a clock frame and with a time display is provided which fits into a recess in the clock frame. This allows the watch frame to be exchanged. If the watch frame is provided with a bracelet to form a watch, the watch frame and bracelet can be exchanged. The interchangeability allows the user to change the clock without changing the time display. The bracelet and the watch frame can be changed in terms of aesthetics, material, structure and design, as can the mechanical design, which completely changes the appearance.
Optimally, an elastic clamping band is provided which is designed to be closed to form a clamping hole for a press fit. In the optimal case, the elastic clamping band is a circumferential ring structure which rests against the inner wall of the recess, or the elastic clamping band contains several block structures distributed along the inner wall of the recess. In the optimal case, the elastic clamping band has an elastic cushion.
In the ideal case, the elastic clamping band is fastened by gluing in the recess. In the optimal case, the watch frame comprises a ring frame which has a partition wall across it. The elastic clamping band is arranged on the inner wall of the ring frame and the partition wall is provided with a window so that the user can see the time display.
In the optimal case, the elastic clamping band is closed to form a clamping hole for a press fit for the time display for clamping the same. The excess of the time display in relation to the clamping hole is 0.15-0.2 mm and / or the outer surface of the time display is a matt surface.
Optimally, the side part of the time display is provided with a first button, and there is a second button on the side part of the clock frame, which corresponds to the position of the first button. A through hole is provided on the side of the elastic clamping band corresponding to the position of the first button. The second button has an attachment, e.g. is hat-shaped which can protrude through this through hole when the second button is pressed, whereby the first button is pressed to control the operation of the first button.
To form a watch, a watch strap can be provided, which is permanently or detachably connected. Compared to the existing technology, the positive effects of the model are that the elastic clamping band is arranged in the recess of the watch frame; since the clamping band is elastic when the time display is mounted, the elastic clamping band is elastically compressed and the time display can be easily inserted into the watch frame. After the installation of the time display, under the effect of the elastic forces of the elastic clamping band, the time display can be clamped well in the watch frame in order to ensure that the time display and the installation of the time display are fixed. When disassembled, the time display can be removed from the watch frame by pushing the time display down, saving time and labor, and no auxiliary tools are required.

Detailed description of the invention
As will become apparent on reading to those skilled in the art, each of the individual embodiments described and illustrated herein are provided with discrete components and features. These can easily be separated from or combined with the features of any of the other models. It is also to be understood that the terminology used herein is intended to achieve the following: It is intended that only certain embodiments be described, and that the scope of the present invention be limited only by the appended claims.
Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used here have the same properties and meanings as they are commonly understood.
[0013] The present invention is explained below with reference to drawings and exemplary embodiments. It should be noted that new embodiments can be formed by any combination of the embodiments or the technical features described below.
As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, a clock frame 100 is provided with a recess (e.g. groove, compartment, space, etc.) 110 for mounting a time display 200. The recess 110 is e.g. designed as a step in the watch frame 100, so that an inner wall and a side wall are formed.
An elastic clamping band 120 for elastic fastening of the time display 200 has convex sides and is arranged in the recess 110. Due to the elasticity of the elastic clamp band 120, when the time display 200 is assembled, the elastic clamp band 120 is compressed so that the time display 200 can be easily inserted into the watch frame 100.
The elastic clamping band 120 can clamp the time display 200 well in the watch frame 100 in order to ensure the strength of the assembly of the watch frame 100 and time display 200; to remove the time display, depress time display 200 from the top of the time display. The time display 200 can be removed from the watch frame 100, which saves time and money and does not require any tools.
In the optimal case, the elastic clamping band 120 is designed circumferentially in order to form a clamping hole 121 for a press fit with the time display 200 in order to clamp it. The time display 200 is mounted in the clamping hole 121 and is clamped in the elastic clamping band 120.
In the optimal case, the elastic clamping band 120 is a circular structure which is surrounded by the inner wall of the recess 110. The elastic clamping band 120 can also have a plurality of block structures which are distributed along the inner wall of the recess 110. In the present embodiment, the elastic clamping band 120 is designed as a ring structure.
In the optimal case, the elastic clamping band 120 comprises a silicone pad (“silicone pad”). The silicone pad meets the requirements for simple dismantling and reinstallation of the time display 200. At the same time, the silicone pad material is soft and does not scratch the surface of the time display 200.
In the ideal case, the elastic clamping band 120 is fastened in the recess 110 by gluing. Of course, the elastic clamping band 120 can also be fastened differently, but the gluing technique is more convenient and faster.
In the optimal case, the watch frame 100 includes a ring frame 130 and a partition 140, which is arranged at one end of the ring frame 130 and enclosed with the ring frame 130 to form the recess 110. The elastic clamping band 120 is arranged on the inner wall of the ring frame 130 and the partition wall 140 is provided with a window through which the user can see the time display 200. The ring frame 130 forms the side wall of the recess 110, and the partition wall 140 forms the underside of the recess 110. When the time display 200 is inserted into the recess 110, the partition 140 delimits the time display 200 axially.
A watch 10 is shown which includes a bracelet 10 and a watch device with a watch frame 100 and a time display 200 which is mounted within the watch frame 100.
In the optimal case, the elastic clamping band 120 is closed in order to form a clamping hole 121 for a press fit with the time display 200 and for clamping the time display 200. The excess of the time display 200 with respect to the clamping hole 121 is 0.01-0.1 mm. The excess in this area not only ensures that the time display 200 can be inserted gently into the watch frame 100, but also that the time display 200 and the watch frame 100 are clamped and fixed well to prevent slipping.
In the ideal case, the outer surface of the time display 200 is designed as a matt surface which forms a plane with friction. The formation of the matte surface can increase the friction between the time display 200 and the elastic clamping band 120, which improves the mounting of the time display 200 in the watch frame 100.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, one side of the time display 200 is provided with a first button 210, and one side of the watch frame 100 is provided with a second button 150 that aligns with the first button 210 is. One side of the elastic clamping band 120 is provided with a through hole 122 which is aligned with the first button 210 and the second button 150, which has an attachment that can pass through the through hole 122 to effect a pushing movement of the first button 210. In one embodiment, an electronic time display is selected. After pressing the second button for a period of two seconds, the time display 200 is switched on; pressed once, the time display returns to the previous menu; after pressing the second button for a further two seconds, the time display 200 is switched off; after pressing the second button for a period of two seconds, the time display 200 restarts.
To form a watch 10, a band 300 is provided which is attached to the watch frame 100 or is removable. In one embodiment, the band 300 and the watch frame 100 are releasably connected by a connecting shaft.
[0027] Optimally, the time display 200 also includes a sensor for detecting the heart rate, which is arranged within the time display 200. On the underside of the time display 200 near the user's skin is a truncated cone 220 which forms a gap between the time display 200 and the user's skin. The position of the truncated cone 220 corresponds to the selected position of the sensor. The gap created by the truncated cone 220 provides comfort to the user. For example, when sweating, there is a gap between the time display 100 and the user's skin so that the time display 200 does not fully adhere to the skin. In addition, the contact between the truncated cone 220 and the user's skin facilitates the sensing of the heart rate by the sensor. In addition, the gap in the truncated cone 220 enables the loudspeaker sound not to be completely blocked or hindered when a loudspeaker module is provided.
In the optimal case, the time display 200 includes a loudspeaker module, a microphone module and a charging module. The time display 200 is provided with through-holes that connect the loudspeaker module and the microphone module in order to facilitate the input and output of sound.
Ideally, the clock device described in the present application is applicable to traditional clocks, electronic clocks and smart clocks. The style of the watch frame 100 or the time display 200 can be varied. The user can choose to replace the watch frame 100, the time display 200 or the fixed band 300 according to the needs of different occasions or trends in order to satisfy different visual sensations and save time, effort and trouble.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments and are not intended to limit the scope of protection.
While the invention has been described in connection with the specific embodiments described above, it is apparent that many alternatives, modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the preferred embodiments of the invention as set forth above are intended to be illustrative and not restrictive.
